Natural Factors Serrapeptase (also called serratiopeptidase) is a proteolytic enzyme that addresses pain, swelling, and mucous caused by injury, surgery, and illness. It breaks down damaged tissue to bring comfort and relief. The delayed-release vegetarian capsules allow the enzyme to be absorbed intact and can be taken in 1–2 convenient doses per day.
