Directions from Boston via Route 24 South to 195 West

Follow Route 24 south

At Exit 4 take right onto 195 West towards Fall River

Take exit 2 (Massachusetts) Warren RI/ Newport RI

At end of the exit take a left ( you will pass by Cardis Furniture & McDonalds on left)

Take a right at the lights onto Route 6 west ( Shell Gas Station on right at light)

Keep going straight for several miles when you see Seekonk Speedway on your right , go approximately 1 mile.

Turn into the Commonwealth Square Plaza #1460 (Maroon sign) entrance on your right (before set of lights).

You will see The Tree of Life Wellness Center sign in the corner of the white L-shaped building, unit #6.
 

Directions from North or South of Providence RI

Take Route 95 ( North or South ) to 195 East Exit # 20

Take Exit 8 in Rhode Island

At the end of the exit go left onto Warren Ave (Route 6 east) follow about 2 miles

When you see the Kohl’s Department Store on your left, you will go through 3 more lights.

Immediately after 3rd light go left into Common Wealth Square Plaza #1460 entrance.

Do not go past gas station on left.

You will see The Tree of Life Wellness Center sign in the corner of the white L-shaped building, unit #6.
 

Directions from Fall River MA via 195 West

Take 195 West (towards Providence RI)

Take exit 2 (Massachusetts) Warren RI/ Newport RI

At end of the exit take a left ( you will pass by Cardis Furniture & McDonalds on left)
